Program Description

Connect Carepoint offers two optional SMS programs. Each requires its own separate opt-in. Connect Carepoint is not a research organization or medical provider.

• Account Notifications: Messages about your inquiry status, coordination follow-up, and study category updates that match your stated interest.
• Marketing and Opportunity Updates: New category announcements and resource highlights.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your stated interest and program activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-In

You may opt in by checking the corresponding SMS consent box on our interest form and providing a valid mobile number. Consent is not a condition of using the site or any coordination service.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of either SMS program at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from that program. Reply HELP for help.

Privacy

Your mobile number and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
